Camelot Days Medieval Festival 2012 is coming to Hollywood in November

Can't wait for the 2013 Renaissance Festival in Deerfield Beach and Miami? No worries, T.Y. Park in Hollywood is hosting the 2012 Camelot Days Medieval Festival for two weekends in November.

On Nov. 10, 11, 17, and 18, T.Y. Park will travel back in time to the Middle Ages, where kings, knights, and jesters occupied Europe.

There will be a variety of activities including jousting, parades, shows, rides, and games. There are also activities for kids of all ages scheduled throughout each day.

A festival isn't complete without food and drinks. Camelot Days will have enough food to satisfy a King. And yes, adult beverages will be available.

Camelot Days also features the Artists' Market, where vendors sell all kinds of handcrafted items and other items from Medieval times, like knight armor, swords, and shields.

The festival begins at 10 a.m. and ends at 5:30 p.m. on all dates.

Tickets can be purchased online for $13 for adults and $4 for children between the ages of 6-12, or at the gate for $15 and $3, respectively. Children under 6 get in free. There is also a season pass available for $40 which grants access to all four days of the festival
